Fans of the King of Surf Guitar (and self-proclaimed co-developer of Leo
Fenders high-powered Dual Showman amp) may already know that he is
reportedly very ill in hospital.

Hi all,

A some of you perhaps know, Dick Dale (called the King of Surf Music)
is very ill and will go into a serious surgery in 3 weeks.
I am in close contact with him. Yesterday, he received the 5 bottles of
Rose water extract I brought him from Algiers (his gran Ma used to
make him a delicious drink with Rose water that he was so fond of). He
said the just to smell the bottle is unreal ...
I hope you will secretly in your heart join me in prayers for his health.
I ll update you on his condition. He is truly loved here.
