First off, in case you dont recognise me, think of 59 in Roman
numerals...

Ive been playing my cheap Career Tele recently. I was rather
surprised when I realised it was Korean rather than Chinese....

Anyway, The problem with a lot of lefty guitars is the manufacturer
usually has a Ford mentality ie any colour as long as its black. The
other night I had it propped on a stand next to the TV and it
looked... well, boring.

So Ive decided its time for a little customisation, somewhat similar
in the vein of Adrians Pacifica. Its going to feature a Syd Barrett
quote, and a little portrait on the scratchplate.

Am I correct in assuming that the finish is polyurethane lacquer, and
will need keying for any paint to stick to it?

Ill post pictures of the planned artwork as soon as I have chance to
take a couple.
