Im hoping that one of the many kind souls on ukmg can help me out
here.

My beloved daughter, in one of her helpful moments, tried to release
the CD from its envelope - and managed to destroy the inlay card
completely.

Does anyone still have a copy that they could scan for me? Theres a
pint in it for you...

IIRC youre allowed to photocopy/scan a single article under the
fair dealing clause.

Id certainly argue that it constitutes a single page of the
magazine... Besides, Id already purchased the original - this would
be a backup, if you will.

Note: IANAL, although Ive worked with quite a few :-)

No, they will just change the shape a bit and say that noone will ever
confuse the two.
