Just putting out a feeler for a Glasgow UKMG drinks session.

Looking at Saturday the 31st May and open to suggestions on the pub.
One close to a Train station would be best.

Cheers

Interesting idea. I always feel a bit isolated over here on the wrong
side of the Clyde in Dunoon. Could use my travel pass and venture to the
big city and meet some of you guys to put faces to names.

Yeah! sounds good to me, if it can be not too early, say 8pm onwards and
close to a train station.

Horseshoe Bar never been in it so cant comment.

The Drum and Monkey is another option as its on a bigger street
corner of St Vincents Street and Renfield Street directly inbetween
both Central and Queen Street train stations. Plus should be easier to
find for non Weegies also its not super loud inside with music so
good for talking bollocks about guitar.

I was going to say a 2pm start this time till whenever.... ;-) . This
lets people arrive there earlier and leave earlier to get trains etc
but that is subject to change depending what the majority decide. Im
happy to let someone else organise this as folk havent rejected the
date instantly thats a good enough sign for me.
