...........to drum on the song you gve chosen for Guitar Idol, then
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE heed this message!

Post him any melodies that you might require him
to learn the drum parts for.

He can be reached on: steve@sjNOSPAMTAVERYMUCHwhite.plus.com and hes
waiting there for the required sound files
which Im suggesting are 128Kbs mp3s at most if you decide to email
them.

Otherwise you can go to IRC and get them to him in the usual manner or
upload them to your web space and then email him the URL.

Theres 4 - yes FOUR - weeks to the event and if Steves going to drum
for you then it really does require him to have the mp3s of stuff
youd like him to drum on with as much notice as possible.

I know that Steve is a stellar drummer - if you havent heard him yet
be prepared to be astounded! - and a perfectionist and hed really
like to make the best job he possibly can of the drum parts for your
choice, but as much as past experience says different, he is not
Superman* and he needs these mp3s ASAP.

Dont wait - send them NOW!

If youve already sent them to him, then, like me, you can bathe in a
glow of self-righteousness and anticipation.

Steve.

*Yeah, I know, its like being told there is no Santa Claus..........

Miss the point ?? Sorry dude but in all my years Ive never really
worked with a drummer that has not been able to jump on the roundabout
. If Steve is a perfectionist , fair doos .
I was thinking its all kind of over the top just for a piss up/jam .

I sincerely was not been disrespectful
